Bio: I graduated a few years ago with an MA in maritime archaeology and history and now I work in land-locked Alberta - go figure. I started out working for a Calgary company doing CRM (cultural resource management) archaeology work in Alberta but they blew it and closed down their archaeology department. Now I'm on my own working for whoever will hire me and give me the experience I need to get my permit-holding status (so I can be the boss!). We work with developers to ensure that they don't bulldoze our history and archaeology. This blog will keep track of me as I learn the ropes, and hopefully have a few adventures on the side.
